Ask for what's missing

A Decent Remote is a one-developer app, which cuts both ways: no committee, but also no telepathy. Most of what ships (soundbar volume support, pairing fixes for older Samsungs) started as a user email. Yours can too.

How to make a request that gets built

• TV brand and model (the sticker on the back, e.g. "LG OLED55C3").
• What you tried and what happened, including any error message.
• What you expected, one sentence is plenty.

Bug on your TV instead?

Same address, or use the report option inside the app (it attaches the connection diagnostics that make brand quirks fixable). For connection problems, the network checklist and standby guide solve the two most common ones.
